We provide MagiKats English and Maths classes and independent Science support from our learning centre in Inworth, helping children aged 4 to 16 build confidence, strengthen core skills and make steady progress.
Our classes are designed to support children at different stages of learning, from early foundations through to GCSE level.

Our 2025/2026 MagiKats English and Maths workshops run on Sundays and Mondays at Rowan Tree Learning in Tiptree.
English & Maths Classes
For English and Maths, children follow the MagiKats programme, with a carefully planned learning pathway that helps them strengthen core skills, build confidence and make steady progress at a pace that suits them.
Our classes are designed for children who benefit from regular support outside school, whether they need help catching up, consolidating key topics, developing greater independence, or being stretched with extra challenge.
English & Maths Pricing
English and Maths workshops are £80 per subject, per calendar month.
Spaces may vary by subject, age group, key stage and current availability.

Why Choose Rowan Tree Learning Classes?
Rowan Tree Learning offers structured, supportive learning for English, Maths and Science in a calm, friendly and inclusive environment.
For English and Maths, we use the MagiKats programme. This gives children a clear weekly structure, regular practice and a carefully planned learning pathway. Children benefit from small group learning with individual support, helping them receive guidance when they need it while also developing independent learning skills.
Science support is delivered separately through Rowan Tree Learning. It is not part of the MagiKats franchise, but it follows the same Rowan Tree approach: thoughtful, confidence-building support tailored to the child’s needs.
The aim is not just to get through worksheets. It is to help children understand, practise and apply their learning in a way that feels supportive and achievable.
English and Maths Support for Ages 4-16
Our MagiKats English and Maths classes support children from early years through to GCSE level.
The programme is closely linked to the skills children need at school, while also giving them the time, structure and encouragement to learn at their own pace.
English support can include:
Reading, writing, spelling, comprehension, grammar, vocabulary and confidence with written expression.
Maths support can include:
Number skills, arithmetic, problem solving, reasoning, fluency and confidence with key mathematical concepts.
Whether your child needs help catching up, staying on track or developing their ability further, MagiKats provides regular support that can make learning feel more manageable.
Science Support Through Rowan Tree Learning
Science is supported independently, rather than through the MagiKats franchise.
Science support can include core scientific understanding, key vocabulary, practical thinking, subject confidence, preparation for future study and help with topics your child may find difficult at school.
If your child needs Science support as well as English or Maths, we can talk through the most suitable route when you enquire.
How the Classes Work
Each child starts with an understanding of where they are now and what they need help with. From there, we create a learning pathway that supports their current level, confidence and goals.
Children attend regular sessions at our Inworth learning centre, where they receive structured support in a small group setting. This approach gives children the benefit of routine, encouragement and individual attention, while also helping them develop useful skills such as concentration, problem solving, study habits and independent learning.
The aim is steady progress over time, not pressure. Children are supported to ask questions, make mistakes, practise properly and build confidence step by step.
